Scott spent about 6 years working for a national recruiting firm, in that time he was able to build strong relationships with many companies throughout the region and help them grow their teams. He was tasked with opening a new location for the company and mentored and impacted numerous recruiters and team members. Scott learned a lot about the industry in that time, but recognized things that could be done to better serve customers and candidates. After a quick detour into tech sales, he decided to start Avero Talent in the beginning of 2018 and has led the company ever since. Scott grew up in Mishawaka, IN and graduated from Indiana University South Bend with a degree in History. He has always loved sports and to this day stays active competing in local triathlons, playing basketball, and coaching his children’s sports teams. His spouse also owns a local business and together they’re raising 3 kind and successful children. They live in South Bend and enjoy cheering on ND, checking out the local breweries/wineries, and eating at all of the best local restaurants. With a passion for people, Scott has always been dedicated to doing what is best for his customers and the candidates we serve. He’s a natural people person and loves building strong relationships both professionally and personally. He keeps his finger on the pulse with what’s going on in the local and national economies and is always excited to talk hiring strategy or share his industry knowledge. [email protected]
